Is kasab really a minor???
Since past few days I’ve been seeing these news flashing frequently something like Kasab claimed to be minor by his lawyer, he wasn’t an adult at the time of attack & so he should be tried under the provision of separate section for minors & blah blah blah!!! I’m seriously surprised how someone can even get an idea something like this to save his client?
I mean when everybody knows what he did last November, he put whole Mumbai on the toes almost for more than 5 days,he destroyed several innocent families & most importantly he, himself confessed that he has killed Mumbai’s top cops, still you are asking for more & more evidences? What even if he is minor? Look at what damage he has already done? In fact an adult can’t even dare to think about whatever crime kasab has committed. So what’s this minor claim is for?
Tell me one thing if suppose a 15-year old enters your house WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION & start annoying/disturbing/attacking you, will you ask & wait for any evidence? or you immediately shout at him?
I’m wondering why this case is taking so much of time when so many people have seen on TV footage what has happened. All those terrorists/anti-social elements who are following this Kasab’s trial case on TV must be saying “see even if you run around the roads of Mumbai & shoot innocent people for no reason, you won’t be punished immediately”
P.S. It seems now terrorist camps will encourage minors to enter this field & hire minors only. ![]()

Its really sad how slow our judicial system can be. If a decision is not made soon, it wont be long before terrorist organisations again start keeping mumbai on ransom…this time for getting Kasab released.

@Adams : Hey, not really like that Adams!!! I slightly disagree, yes system is slow but I’m sure that its very efficient & strong that it will never let any other entity to take the control.

I agree Rahul…Its not just about Kasab…there are so many pending cases in court right now, which could become a threat to our security if not closed soon.
Maybe the judges and judicial system should watch the movie ‘Wednesday’ to wake up…

I cant believe Kasab is pleading ‘Not Guilty’

That’s ridiculous, even I read that in today’s newspaper but I was expecting this. I mean if still Kasab’s lawyer is asking for evidences then obviously even Kasab has come up with some sort of hopes.
